— The paper proposes a an fuzzy logic method for assessment of risk management capability. The fuzzy logic method is developed as a hierarchical system with several inputs and one output. The obtained results can support the assessment of risk management capability on Member State, either at national or the appropriate sub-national level. The proposed method for the assessment of risk management capability is envisaged to be implemented as a part of the information system for integrated risk management of natural disasters. This system can be successfully used in e-government.
