Abstract
According to study the basic principles, structure model and its advantages of supply chain management under e-commerce environment, obtaining and analyzing some problems, including light sense, weak core competitive force, lack of cooperation and low level of informatization in the application of supply chain management under e-commerce environment. And at the same time, put forward corresponding terms of settlement.
