Abstract
Theory of Relativity has a great impact on every aspect of technical results as well as human life. In this paper, this relation is invented in a new way. We are not able to reach the True value to a measurement or attribute, whatever precautions and conditions are prevailed. Therefore, all results or values are obtained on comparison basis and it may tend or nearer to real or true value only.
