Submission Guidelines

IJIMT welcomes author submission of papers concerning any branch of the innovation, management and technology and their applications in business, industry and other subjects.

Submission Instructions

When submitting papers for potential publication in IJIMT, please submit an original editable file in .doc style file. All figures, tables, and equations, etc., should be embedded into the original file.

IJIMT had implemented online submission system. With the online journal management system that we are using, you will be able to track its progress through the editorial process. To submit your manuscript, register and log in to the submission system. When registering, please check your email to activate your account, and check your junk box in case the activate link was blocked. The submitting author, who is generally the corresponding author, is responsible for the manuscript during the submission and peer-review process. The submitting author must ensure that all eligible co-authors have been included in the author list (read the criteria to qualify for authorship) and that they have all read and approved the submitted version of the manuscript. All co-authors can see the manuscript details in the submission system, if they register and log in using the e-mail address provided during manuscript submission.

Detailed instructions on preparing papers for submission can be found in the Template Paper and Submission Confirmation Form.

License and Copyright

IJIMT publishes the authors' articles under a Creative Commons attribution-noncommerical license CC BY-NC-ND 4.0. Users of the author's published article are free to use, distribute, reproduce, and create adapted works using the published paper, but only where the use is for non-commercial purposes and IJIMT and the author are properly attributed. IJIMT are entitled to manage permissions for commercial use of the author's published paper.

Authors sign an copyright transfer agreement, where authors have copyright but license exclusive rights in their article to IJIMT, but retain  the right to:

•  Share their article for Personal Use, Internal Institutional Use and Scholarly Sharing purposes, under the condition that it contains the DOI link to the version of record on IJIMT, and all references to where this article has been published.
•  Retain patent, trademark and other intellectual property rights.
•  Proper attribution and credit for the published work.

IJIMT is granted the rights to:

•  Publish and distribute an article, and to grant rights to others, including for commercial purposes.
•  Apply the relevant third party user license.
•  Provide the article in all forms and media so the article can be used on the latest technology even after publication.
•  Enforce the rights in the article, on behalf of an author, against third parties, for example in the case of plagiarism or copyright infringement.

For articles published since Volume 10, Number 4 (October 2019), copyright will be retained by the authors. Articles are licensed under an open access Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 license, which means all papers can be downloaded, shared, and reused without restriction, as long as the original authors are properly cited. These conditions allow for maximum use and exposure of the work, while ensuring that the authors receive proper credit.

In exceptional circumstances articles may be licensed differently. If you have specific condition (such as one linked to funding) that does not allow this license, please mention this to the editorial office of the journal at submission.

About Paper Review

All published journal papers are refereed by the international competent researchers and scientists. Therefore, a full double - blind international refereeing process is used in which:
• Papers are sent to reviewers for their peer review process.
• The reviewers' recommendations determine whether a paper will be accepted / accepted subject to change / subject to resubmission with significant changes / rejected.

For papers which require changes, the same reviewers will be used to ensure that the quality of the revised paper is acceptable.

All papers are refereed, and the Editor-in-Chief reserves the right to refuse any typescript, whether on invitation or otherwise, and to make suggestions and/or modifications before publication.
